And keep in mind that the new site will make arrangements like this much 
easier, especially with so much more localization support built right 
in. Also, the community reorg hopefully will enable more flexible 
relationships from a site and governance perspective as well. I'm glad 
this ended up with the portal. The Brazil community has a lot of 
potential, so the more focus there on the portal the better.
