There is no problem to find the term "open source" in publications from e.g.
1990.
The OpenSource movement is older than RMS attempt to introduce the term "free
software".
But I am sorry to see that you try to divert from the main topic which is the
true opensource-ness of OpenSolaris.
As I mentioned: I see no reason why _new_ closed source software should be
added to ON.
