[advocacy-discuss] Opensolaris.org "News" WTF??

hey ... some background:

We created the current News process about a year ago. See this thread:

Part of that conversation involved the creation of news-discuss for 
community members to contribute links to articles for potential 
linking/summarizing on the News page:

So, if people are interested in contributing to the effort by actually 
pointing out articles and writing summaries, that would be cool. I'm 
sure the News page maintainers would welcome the help. Initially, this 
page was opened as a way for people to contribute. We wanted a news 
aggregation service that would bridge countries and languages -- thus 
requiring human editorial input. There is no single Sun owner to that 
News page, though, in the sense that it's someone's "job" to do this. 
There are two maintainers (started with three) who volunteered to help 
who we gave access to make changes, and there is news-discuss for people 
to contribute.
