Until opensolaris.org is fully localized, this will be the case. That's 
why Globalization is such a big part of the site upgrade plans. As it is 
now, the language portals are starting to generate some interesting 
traffic specifically because they are localized and nascent language 
communities are starting to grow (which is very cool). Also, UG traffic 
is increasing and diversifying into multiple languages. So, we are 
growing internationally. But I've been saying for two years that we are 
probably growing internationally /faster/ than we may realize because 
the data is not all represented on the main site since opensolaris.org 
is no longer the only OpenSolaris community.
