Another idea is to not necessarily attempt to get all geos at the same 
time. The world is just to big for that, so someone will always be 
inconvenienced no matter what time you do it. However, if you focus on 
specific geos with a series of multiple events, you can spread things 
out a bit. Also, maybe instead of having all the top people on one 
call/chat, spread them out and team them up with local people in China, 
India, Europe, etc. Maybe Hahn does a call with the European community 
and Cramer does a chat with the Asian community and so on. Could be 
interesting. Just an idea to toss into the mix. Good luck with it 
whatever you do. :) You may want to announce it on opensolaris-announce 
when you are ready and things are final.
