It's a good question, and something I've always struggled to find.  
When I set it up, I wanted to make sure that the people who were on  
it, were the ones doing the work within the OpenSolaris community  
rather than users or advocates - the ones taking that extra mile to  
contribute something more than just 'talk'.

I usually let requests build up in my mailbox over several months and  
check blogs after that - if I don't see any sign of actual  
contribution, I generally don't add them. I can't say that I've got  
that 100% correct, and if someone has a better suggestion, I'm open to  
requests. Most importantly I'm looking for readability - the window  
into the world, work and lives of OpenSolaris hackers and contributors.
