[advocacy-discuss] The need for a separate #opensolaris-help IRC channel

I myself feel sad for the hostile environment Indiana users encounter in 
#opensolaris. This will scare some of them away from OpenSolaris. I 
think it would be nice to provide a relatively friendly space for the 
new comers. (And it is im-polite to flood the current #opensolaris 
channel, whose users believe that it should focus on SXCE, with Indiana.)
