I think you're assuming that the colour scheme would continue as being the same. 
I don't think that assumption is quite right. We have an opportunity (whether we 
take it or not) to diverge from the orange and blue. I'd personally advocate 
such a change because they're shared with other communities, but your mileage 
may vary.
