With a little adjustment you could almost get a Yin-Yang symbol almost 
subliminally going there.  Now that would be an interesting mix, a 
mobius strip with a Yin-Yang.

Or a Yin-Yang with sun rays coming off it...

The OpenSolaris 'S' logo reminded me of a Yin-Yang if you had the color 
variation going.
