Unfortunately yes, for this round. There's been some pretty excellent ideas 
thrown around, including both yours and Tamarah's.

However, as Simon mentioned in a previous mail, OpenSolaris OS is on a time 
based release, and the cut off date for getting some branding ready was always 
going to be tight from the start. As a result, we're going to stick with the 
designs that are at a later stage of development, iterating on the colours and 
fonts of

and seeing how things go.

Nothing is ever final, as anyone working in this field will know, so I'd 
encourage everyone to continue posting their thoughts around logo ideas, colour 
palettes and mascots - a lot of this discussion has been taken on board by the 
design team, and hopefully they will participate directly in the future.
