[advocacy-discuss] Request for a devel mailing list for belenix

Hello All,

This is to request for support for setting up of a belenix-dev mailing
list for belenix development related discussions. Currently we have
one list for user related discussions and it is desirable to have a
separate dev list.
Advocacy CG being the sponsor for setting up belenix-discuss I am
requesting the same here.
