Probably an FYI mail is what Al suggested.
Since the project is seeking a mailing list to be sponsored by the
newly setup CG, this is probably the first list the distro CG is
sponsoring in effect coming into business this *might* be of interest
to ogb.

Skipping the step of mailing to ogb-discuss if not required by the
process is just as fine.
