That is why I thought it should be a project of the advocacy community. 
Also keeping a list of potential speakers, booth staff (geographicaly 
organised) material ressources (Ie the fatastic OS book, -shirts etc) 
and whom to ask for what if you are doing an event. It should be a 
breeze to create an opensolaris event and to get speakers, promo stuff 
and a statement from us :)
