First, I'm sorry for not having been clear enough, and as well for using 
probably stronger words that I should have. Please keep in mind that I 
am an OS.o contributor, so I know what it means to be constructive, and 
to give free cookies to the Community.

Sun is free to do whatever they want with their trademarks. I fully 
accept that. I am *not* complaining about that. Overall, I quite agree 
with what they've done.

On that thread, my problem boils down to now, when they talk about 
"OpenSolaris", it seems it's a shortcut for the Sun OpenSolaris binary 
distribution also known as "Indiana". I really dislike that confusion, 
because I simply didn't know what the thread was about. I thought it was 
logos for the OpenSolaris Community, portals, UGs... I now understand 
it's not.
