[advocacy-discuss] Mascot, was Re: Logo Feedback

Assuming the mascot is decided upon by the community, after coming from 
someone in the community, and it's licensed under an open source or 
creative commons license, I think anyone could do the legal work around 
it.  Before Sun would use it though, we'd have a responsibility to check 
to ensure we're satisfied with that work by having our legal check it. 
We'd be the deep pocket anyone would come after in all likelihood so 
would have to protect ourselves.  It would save us a bit of money if 
that did happen, but agree the point is likely moot in the short term 
anyway.

So given all the discussion here, is this a plus 1 vote to set up a 
sub-project on advocacy to get this going in a structured way?
