[advocacy-discuss] Nominating Dave Stewart for Core Contributor status

Just as a reminder for voting, see my text insert from the Advocacy CG 
front page below:
> Core Contributor: To earn core contributor status you need to be 
> nominated by a core contributor. You also need a total of three +1 
> votes with no -1 votes. Only core contributors can vote, and voting is 
> open on advocacy-discuss for five days. The initial nomination is 
> considered a +1 vote. After the voting, the new core contributor must 
> respond to the thread and accept his or her grant.
Dave now has the required votes. He needs to accept and we need to leave 
it on list for 5 days. Than I'll send to the OGB.
