I can move it to the middle, but I was trying to make it a 
primary/secondary type arrangement. I will try a few other tweaks and

Not sure what to do about that. I need to include the .com logo and we 
don't have one for .org.

When you say not comparable do you mean that the .org side is just links 
and the other side has more specific info?
