Ok, I updated the text and heads a bit but kept it short. See what you 
think. I saved the original page, so if it's not good I can post the old 
one back. Also, regarding the URL: how do you feel about it reading 
/usergroups/ instead of /user_groups/? I'm not a fan of the underscore, 
but that could just be me. :)
