[advocacy-discuss] New OSUG

I would like to start an OSUG in Indianapolis, Indiana, USA.  I know that there is one in Bloomington, but there would likely be a larger audience in Indianapolis.  We still have access to people from Indiana University, via IUPUI, as well as all of the businesses in and around Indianapolis.  

What is the process for getting this started?  I think that we could make a go of it here, even just starting with some of the projects that we have done at IU.
