Hi Matt,

It's really easy to get started.  Just send an email to advocacy-discuss 
proposing your OSUG.  Include the name of the OSUG, the OpenSolaris IDs 
for 2-3 initial members, and a paragraph talking about your proposed 
group - who will be involved, what activities you have planned etc.  
Then wait for a core contributor to send in a +1, and Jim Grisanzio will 
get you set up.
