Hello, Jim. Thanks for the proposal. It would be great to have an 
OpenSolaris User Group in Arizona. The info that Teresa is pointing out 
is here at these two links:

Basically, we can offer a project space and mailing list on 
opensolaris.org for OpenSolaris User Groups. Once you have that you'd 
qualify for any programs we'd put in place to help the OSUGs. All the 
UGs use the name "[insert geography] OpenSolaris User Group" so we can't 
use Sun in the name, but we'd be happy to help get an OpenSolaris group 
started.
