And until you actually /do/ it you don't really realize how much work it 
can be. :) Especially since this is done on the side part time. That's 
one of the reasons I feel that UGs may want to consider alternating 
their technical meetings every other month. TLUG does this. Technical 
meeting followed by a nomikai (party) one month, and then the next month 
is just a nomikai. And in between all meetings they are actively 
communicating on list. The model works well for them.

Yah, Jim Walker told me they rotate at FROSUG. I'll update with pointers 
to FR and BJ.
