While a good hard look backwards can be very useful, and hopefully 
your candid comments will prevent others from stumbling over the same 
issues, please don't lose sight of the overwhelmingly positive fact 
that you actually went out and /tried/ something!  Everything else on 
your post-mortum list is simply noise compared to that.  Kudos and 
AttaBoys - the future looks bright because motivated people like you 
are leading the way!
