If you can write the script for this, I can read, record and publish it. 
But, 30+ minutes will take much
longer for me to record properly, so I'm not sure if I could manage it 
every week. Maybe 3 other advocates could help by taking one week of the 
month each?

Ah, good point, I'll test out splitting the recording into 'chapters' 
and adding some jingle.
