Intel's CEO introduced these guys in his keynote at last year's Intel Developer Forum, brought the CEO on stage as a great example of technology facilitating making lives better by making capital more accessible to those who can use it.

For Christmas, the gifts we gave our nieces & nephews were $25 Kiva.org loans for the developing world. When they are paid back, they could decide to take the cash out or reinvest it.
