A few of us at OmniTI would like to start a OSUG.  There is on for the "DC" area, but it is based out of Northern Virginia and, given that the 270 split (a treacherous zone one must travel to get there) is considered by many to be the worst traffic in the whole of the United States, it seems unlikely that anyone from the Baltimore-Washington corridor would venture that far.

We (OmniTI) have many advocates and currently host user groups for Javascript, PHP and PostgreSQL quite successfully.  We have space available and a good track record of both consistent management and decent attendance for user groups.

I realize that this user group would be pretty close to http://opensolaris.org/os/project/crosug/ though anyone from around here would know it isn't close at all with traffic.
