I know Scotland's only a wee country, but if your activities are as  
centred in the Lothian region as it sounds like they are at the  
moment, perhaps the "Lothian OSUG" or "East of Scotland OSUG" (or even  
just the "Edinburgh OSUG") would leave the door open in future for  
anyone in the West or North of Scotland who wanted to start up another  
one...?

(Or does our model support chapters of individual UGs?  If so, ignore  
me...)
