I take your point, and Scotland is large enough to support several  
Linux User Groups (I know of 3 within 50 miles of me).  However, my  
experience with ScotRUG is that we can draw people into Edinburgh  
meetings from Glasgow and Fife at least, and there's no reason why  
meetings can't move around the country if there is demand.

Mostly, though, the name ScOSUG appealed to me. :-)  I'm happy to  
stick to a smaller geographical area if I'm stepping on anybody's toes.
