Agreed.  Having F1 advertising rights means that you both are advertised
on the cars but also get to use the images in your own advertising
across various mediums.


I am curious, however, if there are stats on how much impact IT ads have
during football/baseball games.  I'm not a football fan, but my
father-in-law was over and we watched the game with him.  I saw at least
2 IBM ads noting the breakage of the penta-flop barrier... does that
actually translate justifiably increased sales?  I'm not sure how
quantifiable that is.  Does anyone know these types of numbers?
