There are a fair number of cities quite close to each other in the NW - 
Manchester, Leeds, Liverpool, Sheffield etc., and as MOSUG is already 
taken something region-specific rather than city-specific might be a 
better choice - but you should probably ignore me as I'm just heckling 
from the touchline :-)
