A solaris port will probably be easier than the initial linux port, and I think this will especially be true once more work has been done on the linux port.

I've heard the chrome developers were complaining about the difficulty in implementing sandboxing in chrome on linux due to the various security models: AppArmor, SELinux, default, etc.
