One thing that we discussed at the UG leader bootcamp that I still think would
be a good idea would be a central place to go to look for presentations.

The word used there was repository, but that's probably the wrong term. Just a
directory or index so that we didn't force everybody to trawl the
whole site when
they were looking for something.

Jim mentioned the old list page. A plain list gets out of control;
something like
bookmarks on del.icio.us that can be tagged by language/subject/whatever would
work nicely.
