[advocacy-discuss] CC Renewal Clarification

When Community Groups renew their Core Contributor grants, does the OGB 
expect that the CGs vote and that there be a record of that vote? Or do 
the Facilitators simply check that the request is coming from a previous 
CC and send it to the OGB for recording/updating? I can`t find where 
this process is specified.
