Hello everyone,

we are a small group (ca 25 people so far) in Wales UK with interest in OpenSolaris and other related technologies (SAMP, xVM, MySQL, Java, Sun Ray). We aim to try to promote the use of OpenSolaris and Open Source Software, to provide some support for people interested in using OpenSolaris and to get together and enjoy ourselves and extend our knowledge of Open Source Systems as we go. Our meetings are currently held, usually on the third Wednesday of each month starting at 7:00pm, in the Powys Training Centre in Llandrindod Wells.

I would like to promote our group also here so anyone interested in OpenSolaris can get in touch and ask for help or support as well as visit us. The name of our usergroup could be Cymru OSUG (or WOSUG for short) and initial participats are:
