I also didn't get this email.  I'm not directly subscribed to either of
the first two, but should be on core-contrib-discuss and was, as of the
elections.

Please advise the OGB that core-contrib-discuss doesn't appear to be
working as expected and ask if they will be sending each CC a direct email
before removing any grants.
