hey ... I told the OGB that the list is not active at the moment (it was 
only used for the elections). And Bonnie explained how the list works in 
that the names are generated from the database directly), so they will 
have to decide how they want to use it in the future. For now, this is a 
good example of how the Facilitators can take OGB info (the new policy) 
and deliver it to the individuals communities. I`d like to see the CC 
list activated for this purpose as well.
