Hi ... to Anwarul and Rich: yes, the OpenSolaris Constitution specifies 
that CG Facilitators be CCs. And I see value in that requirement, too. A 
large part of the Facilitator's role is governance -- especially around 
elections -- so that has to be top of mind always. As you can see, there 
isn't really a big call to do this, however, so I will just keep on 
keeping on for now. :)
