There are a long list a contacts on those sites.  The main telephone
number listed for the US is +1-650-960-1300.  There are a number of
other options here:

(I understand that you're unhappy with the service you're getting, but
this isn't intended to be a Sun product support list.  The folks on it
are developers and public community members, not the managers and
executives who need to hear your message.  To make sure that the right
people hear your message, I recommend going through sun.com rather
than opensolaris.org.)
