Realize that this discussion is happening in an external-to-sun forum, 
so internal URLs (like above) are not useful; in the same context,
internal "Sun Proprietary and Confidential" documents aren't either.

This latter problem is the reason that the "other" tutorials that you 
mentioned were not published:
