I was reading the Case Materials for PSARC 2006/062...

...entitled "The CLIP Companion", which is a companion document to the 
original CLIP Guidelines. There's a link to these original guidelines in 
the first paragraph of the document, but this link is broken. Instead of 
pointing to:
  http://www.opensolaris.org/os/community/arc/caselog/1999/645/spec-html/

...it points to:
  http://www.opensolaris.org/os/community/arc/caselog/2006/1999/645/spec

which returns a 404.
