It isn't Propreitary or Need-to-Know it is Public as this is an 
OpenSolaris case.   I just forgot to remove that bit from the template 
until after I passed the submit question.

Aside: JohnP we need an update to sac_nextcase to support creating 
OpenSolaris cases easier.
