[arc-discuss] Looking for ARC materials

Hello,

I am looking for materials of "PSARC/2005/441 iSCSI Target project" case.
They are not (yet?) published on opensolaris.org site. Can these materials
be posted there ?
As a general, what are the criteria to post a particular (past) ARC case on
opensolaris.org ? Shouldn't most (all) of the new OpenSolaris related ARC
cases go to opensolaris.org by default ?
