I note that a number of the tips from this presentation made at
the Google Summer of Code summit (which gathered people from many
successful open source communities) mirror and expand on the
"lessons learned" from the ksh93 review, and would be good to
incorporate into our guidelines for dealing with reviews of
community projects.

Pages 12-14 seem especially on point.
