Ah ... that's up in the "guidelines" section.  I didn't see anything
in the rest of the 1-pager, which is where the "//" commentary that
(I think) most people rely on exists.

It'd be good to get that change into the internal 1-pager and add "//"
comments on the entry.

We're seeing more 1-pagers that default to closed just by "accident."
