[arc-discuss] What's with all the half-open cases?

This is because the tools we have to use are really crap at helping with 
this.  They won't accept PSARC-EXT as an ARC to direct a case to which 
means I have to remember to change the alias to be PSARC-EXT at sun.com 
manually and I forgot this time.

Also we have no way of publishing the materials directory that I know of 
- or does this happen automagically ?
