You don't need to have your own case in that table - it is only for
requests that don't yet have a project team member engaged in
the publishing effort.

Just do the due diligence, editing files as needed (ask for help
if you need it - I'll be happy to help) and then set the IAM file's
Exposure to open.  The mirroring happens via cron on a daily basis.

It is all really as simple as the referenced document says.
