To generalize on Dale's request - why do we accept integration of
non-public ARC cases into OpenSolaris at all ? I think there is something
wrong about OpenSolaris developer watching the huge list of running
PSARC cases and not being able to know even what is it about, let alone
participating in the discussion/review.
