That bp doesn't seem to be available externally (at least that I can
find).

I'd like to request it be made available (I don't know if this is done
as with cases, or via other means).

I'd also like to make a blanket request that any opensolaris-relevant
(across both PSARC and LSARC) best practice be made available, if
there are more that aren't.
