[arc-discuss] opensolaris.org java package name registry

Is there a registry of java package names, specifically using the
opensolaris.org namespace, to avoid name clashes?

If not, should there be and how should it be maintained?

(I'm happy to propose an OpenSolaris project, which would
create the necessary opensolaris.org infrastructure, although
it's not entirely clear which community should be responsible
for the oversight of such a project - I'm thinking tools if arc isn't
the right answer.)
