One of the missing bits here, of course, is that there seems to be no
external listing of those magic people.

John Plocher: could we get at least PSARC's current member, intern,
and licensee lists out onto the ARC community page?  We need to bridge
this gap until the ARC community itself figures out how to deal with
this more automatically.
